General conditions of sale
Registration and booking confirmation
All registrations must be accompanied by a deposit payment as indicated in the booking form. After the payment of the deposit the reservation will be effective after our agreement. The signing of the duly completed contract entails the acceptance of these general rental conditions and generates the sending of our confirmation. The amount of the stay will be calculated according to the reservation dates mentioned on the contract. No reimbursement or reduction will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure. Under penalty of termination, the lessee may not sublet or assign his rights under this agreement without our express consent.
Payment of the balance
The balance of the stay must be paid on the day of arrival if it is paid in cash, by bank check or 7 days before arrival if it is paid by bank transfer. In the event of a reduction in the duration of the planned stay, for whatever reason, the total amount of the stay initially planned will be due.
Price
The prices indicated are inclusive of VAT in euros taking into account the VAT rate in force on the day of the reservation. The price of the stay, any services and the security deposit are indicated on the specific conditions of the booking form. The equipment of the apartments:

The price is fixed for the number of beds provided for in the rental contract. Accommodation provided for rental for a determined number of occupants cannot under any circumstances accommodate a greater number of people. The rental prices are indicated for 21 nights. The rental is open for a flat rate of 21 nights, no pro rata is made for a flat rate stay of 21 nights not entirely consumed. Additional days: 3 days maximum to the cure package can be added at a preferential rate. This rental is therefore not a service sold by the day or by the week. The stay counted by the night or by the week is covered by another type of service corresponding to another rate that LA SALA can offer within another contractual framework.
Security deposit
A security deposit in the amount of €1000 will be requested when the keys are handed over to cover any damage that may be caused to furniture or other objects. furnishing the premises. This security deposit cannot under any circumstances be considered as an advance payment for the stay. It will be returned within ten days of the end of the rental, after verification of the inventory, after deducting any damage. If this security deposit proves to be insufficient, the tenant undertakes to make up the sum.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax of 1 € per day and per person is offered by the owners of LA SALA for the 21-day cure stay. It is obligatory and paid in full to the town hall of the Commune.
Children from 0 to 5 years old cannot stay in our establishment, for security reasons. Pool
The use of the swimming pool with teenagers is tolerated, under the one and only supervision of an adult present at all times of bathing.The parents are solely responsible for any possible accident. Failure to comply with this article may result in eviction from the premises and immediate termination of the rental contract without reimbursement, or claiming to recover the deposit check.
Home / Departure and key collection
The reception and the delivery of the keys are done at LA SALA in the apartment after an inventory of + - 30 minutes. The tenant agrees to take possession of the premises on the scheduled date, and during the hours mentioned on the booking form and to pay the security deposit.
Disputes
Any dispute arising from the execution of this contract falls within the jurisdiction of the court of Perpignan.
Deposit and cancellation fees
The reservation is only effective after receipt of a deposit of 20% of the price of the reserved stay and confirmation by the establishment.
Option on the date of reservation, a deposit payment, must be made within 20 days.
In case of cancellation or modification 30 days before arrival, the establishment keeps the deposit.
In case of no-show: The establishment requires 100% of the total reservation.
In the case of a shortened stay, a delayed arrival date, a modified number of people or any other fact modifying the booking contract origin, the deposit paid will not be refunded or deducted from the invoice, these constituting a means of debit.
Except for pandemic reasons (Covid19) In case of health restrictions we offer two options /
-1 your check is returned to you and the contract is cancelled.
-2 you choose to postpone your stay, and you have priority over the rental, free of charge, unless it is already full for these dates. In this case, the first option takes effect.
